This is about food. I am doing this because food connects us to ourĂ‚Â environment and is central to our culture – producing it, processing it, distributing it, selling it, buying it, cooking it, wasting it, eating it. I am a farmer and grower thus my perspective will be informed by my daily experience- from the ground up. The details and how these things shape our world.
